Gölbaşı Municipality put new garbage containers into service

With Yakup Odabaşı taking office, Gölbaşı Municipality launched a campaign to eliminate the cleaning problem in the district and placed new garbage containers all around the district.

Gölbaşı Municipality has placed new garbage containers at certain points in the district as part of its environmental cleaning and public health protection efforts. Modern and environmentally friendly containers will enable citizens to dispose of their waste in a more organized and hygienic manner. The placed containers will also speed up the waste collection process.

“We will make garbage collection services more efficient”

“Protecting our environment and keeping it clean is one of the most important priorities of our municipality,” said Gölbaşı Mayor Yakup Odabaşı, “In this context, we continue our work for a clean Gölbaşı without interruption. New garbage containers have been placed all around our district. We took this step to make the garbage collection system in our district more efficient and to provide our citizens with a cleaner environment. In this way, we will both contribute to keeping our environment clean and make garbage collection services more efficient. The new containers will make a significant contribution to our goals of preventing environmental pollution and increasing hygiene conditions.”

Authorities pointed out that municipal teams work 24/7 in the field so that cleaning works in the district can be carried out more quickly and effectively, and emphasized that they expect support from citizens to keep every corner of Gölbaşı clean.
